Dear Mike and Brian, We just want to thank you both for selling us on the Carrier Infinity system. We are enjoying keeping cool throughout the house. We can now go into any room and feel comfortable. With the old system, the temperatures were quite different in each room and we were either hot or cold. Extra thanks to Mike for stopping by our house twice to help us maximize the temperature in the kitchen. Dear Mr. Gelber, I would like to thank you for the excellent work you and your staff provided in installing my new Lennox furnace, in my home. You were recommended by the Lennox Company after I had received estimates from six other heating contractors. I chose you above all others, and after I checked with the Better Business Bureau found you had an outstanding record, with not a single complaint filed against you. But most importantly, after speaking to you, it was immediately apparent that you were the most knowledgeable and qualified in home heating. On each occasion, that you were scheduled in my home, your staff showed up promptly and reliably. When I told you that my family had no heating, you immediately ordered the Lennox furnace and scheduled an emergency installation. Juan and Donna were outstanding in helping and doing the installation. But all your staff was courteous, as well as careful and accurate in their work and they left the work area spotless. I cannot express my satisfaction enough and I am forever grateful to have chosen your company for my heating contractor. Dear Brian, Just wanted to drop a note to thank youfor the air conditioning you work done on our house. The crew was extremely nice, polite and well versed in what they had to do. All performed their individual jobs perfectly. When the job was complete, the clean up was so complete, that it looked the same as it did before your men arrived. Dear Brian, Enclosed is our check for $1,125 in payment for your March 30th invoice #4794. I have to tell you how pleased I am, especially after the trials and tribulations, that I mentioned to you, with some of the nefarious creatures that are found in your business. When you were here, you made it very clear to me, reinforcing my previous observations, about the "shortcomings" made during the installation of the replacement air handler, and cleary explained what needed to be done. I really appreciate your time and effort. When the two men from your organization came, they proceeded with care and were relatively very quiet and appeared very efficient and knowledgeable. The work was completed quickly and I appreciate their clean up (even though there was hardly any mess)after the job was over. It was a very different experience than I had the last time out. I mentioned you to a friend and described that it was a pleasure dealing with an honest, knowledgeable and competent organization. He asked me about your annual inspections and service contracts. Dear Brian, I am not one who has the opportunity to write a letter of praise often. To tell you the truth, these days it is unfortunately all too common to be dissatisfied with the work and service of the average vendor. As such, I must compliment you and, just as importantly, your organization for it's competitive pricing, caring service, cheerful support and the professional installation of a central air conditioning system in my house. Althoug you indicated that there would be a minimal of disruption and the possibilty of some limited damage to the ceiling areas, I found no such happening. Gary and Steve, supported by Juan and Izzy, where organized experts in the careful installation of the system and showed a real concern for my property. When they completed the job, there was nothing to do -- nothing to clean and nothing to repair. All I had to do was learn to program the thermostat, which they also instructed me on, and to sit back and enjoy the central air conditioning. Thank you for the job well done!
